Ingredients
Oil: 2 tbsp
Whole Dried Red Chilli: 6-8 pc
Black Peppercorns: 6 pc
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Onion: 1 pc
Ginger: 1 tsp
Garlic: 1 tbsp
Coriander Stem: 1 tbsp
Veggies of choice
Leftover Rice
Chilli Flakes
Light Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup: 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper
MSG or Aromat Powder: A pinch (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Take a pan, add oil and let it turn warm. Add 6-8pc of whole dried red chillies and 5-6pc of black peppercorns. Keep it aside for some time for the colour to change. You may also add 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder to it.Â
Step 2
Take a wok and heat it properly. Add 1 tbsp oil and once it starts smoking, add 1 tbsp chilli oil prepared in the earlier step.Â
Step 3
Add chopped onions, whole dried red chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander stem. Give it a quick toss.Â
Step 4
Add veggies of choice and the leftover rice along with chilli flakes, light soy sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Toss.Â
Step 5
Then add salt, pepper, MSG (aromat powder), red chilli sauce and kashmiri chilli powder (optional). Give it a toss. Top with sesame seeds, serve and enjoy!
