Classic Veg Fried Rice

About the Recipe

You can make a bowl of delicious vegetarian Fried Rice with this recipe.
Turns out super delicious that you'll end up craving for more!

Ingredients

  • Light Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Vinegar: 1/2 tsp

  • Tomato Ketchup: 1 tbsp

  • Dark Soy Sauce: 1 tsp

  • Green Chilli Sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Oil: 2 tbsp

  • Onion: 1 pc

  • Ginger: 1 tsp

  • Garlic:1 tsp

  • Green Chilli: 2 pc

  • Coriander Stem: 2 tbsp

  • Capsicum: 1 pc

  • Carrot: 1 pc

  • Leftover Rice: 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper: 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare a sauce concoction by mixing the following: 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Vinegar, 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce.


Step 2

Take a wok, heat it really well and add oil. Once oil starts to smoke, add chopped onions and saute for a 30 secs.


Step 3

Then add chopped chillies, ginger, coriander stem and garlic. Saute for a few secs.


Step 4

Add copped carrot and capsicum. Give it a quick toss and add the leftover rice.


Step 5

Add the sauce concoction, preferably from the sides of the wok. Toss well. Season with salt, pepper and add some paneer (optional). It’s ready!
