This recipe showcases the correct way of boiling Rice for all your Fried Rice recipes.

Ingredients
Rice: 1 Cup ( for two servings)
Water: As required
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the rice 2-3 times till water runs clear.
Step 2
Cook for 12-15 mins (preferably in a sauce pot). Check once if its done. Drain excess water (if any).
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate. Use it the next day or after refrigerating for a few hours. Doing this gives you the perfect texture of rice needed to make any fried rice recipe.
Tip: You can totally use fresh rice also just make sure its dry and not hot.
