About the Recipe

You can make Soya Momos at home with recipe. There are various ways of making Momos. Here, I have used the Autolyse method of making them in which we mix flour and warm water together and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes. The warm water attacks starch which ensures that the momos when cooked provides a bite but melts in your mouth. Turns out absolutely delicious and you must give it a try.

Ingredients

  • Maida: 1 cup

  • Warm Water: 1/2 cup

  • Soya: 1/2 cup
