Who says you can't make a good Cheesecake at home? With this recipe, you surely can! Make a decadent creamy Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake at home. You'll end up craving for more!

Ingredients
Biscuits: 6 pc
Butter: 1 tbsp
Cream Cheese: 80-100 gm
Powdered Sugar: 2 tbsp
Cream: 4 tbsp
Condensed Milk: 45 ml
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Curd: 1 tbsp
Liquid Glucose(optional): 1 tbsp
Chocolate Spread: 3-4 tbsp
Corn Starch: 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Take biscuits of choice, crush them to a fine powder and add butter to it. Mix well till crumbly but it should come together. Transfer to a baking tin, spread and press evenly and bake it for 8-10 mins at 180C.
Step 2
Take a bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whisk well till it becomes creamy. Add cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence, curd, optional liquid glucose (recipe already posted), any chocolate spread and corn starch. Combine well using the cut and fold technique.
Step 3
Steam bake for 45 mins at 160C. After baking it should be jiggly from the centre and firm from the edges. Refrigerate for a few hours. Demould, garnish with your favourite toppings, serve and enjoy! For Steam Baking: Fill a tray with water and keep it at the bottom of the oven. Place the tins on a higher level above the water tray.
