Ingredients

  • Sugar: 1½ cup

  • Curd: ½ cup

  • Condensed Milk: ½ cup

  • Butter: 80 gm

  • Dark Chocolate: 240 gm

  • Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp

  • Coffee Powder: 1 tbsp

  • Cocoa Powder: 8 tbsp

  • Maida/All purpose Flour: ½ cup

  • Corn Flour: 1 tbsp

  • Salt: A pinch

  • Baking Powder: ¼ tsp

Preparation

Step 1

To a bowl, add 1.5 cups sugar and 1/2 cup curd. Beat it properly till sugar dissolves and it becomes light and creamy. To this add 1/2 cup condensed milk. Mix well.


Step 2

Melt 80gm butter and 240gm dark chocolate using the double-boiler method.


Step 3

Once melted, add 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 tbsp coffee powder, 8 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.


Step 4

Take a big bowl, add 1/2 cup maida, 1 tbsp corn flour, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Mix well. To this add the curd-sugar mix along with the chocolate mix. Combine everything well. It should have a ribbon-like consistency.


Step 5

Transfer to a lined baking tin (8x8 inch) and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 mins. Once baked, let it cool down, cut into pieces, serve and enjoy!
