About the Recipe
Here, I have made a Beetroot Mille-Feuille which I have served with some Romesco Sauce and a French Butter Sauce called Lemon Beurre Blanc.

Ingredients
Beetroot: 1 pc
Water
Sauces of choice (for serving)
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and peel the beetroot. Cut thin sheets out of it using a knife.
Step 2
Roll the sheets together tightly to form a rose- like structure. Secure and tie it with a thread.
Step 3
Take rest of the beetroot and blend it with some water.
Step 4
Transfer this water to a saucepan and place the beetroot in the centre half-dipped in the water. Cook for 20 mins, then flip it and cook the other side as well.
Step 5
Take it out, cut the thread and serve it with sauces of your choice. I have used Romesco Sauce and Lemon Beurre Blanc (both recipes available on website). Enjoy!
