Fine Dine Basics: Tuile
Here, I have made a Coral Tuile of various colours - A perfect way to level up your presentation game!

Ingredients
Water: 250 ml
Oil: 90 ml
All Purpose Flour/Maida: 32 gm
Food Colouring: A few drops
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add 250ml water, 90ml oil, 32gm all-purpose flour and whisk well.
Step 2
Divide it into parts and add food colouring of choice.
Step 3
Take a kadai or pan, add oil, the batter and let it fry lightly till it hardens. Watch edges till they hardens.
