Make this Fine Dine Dish at Home and take Potatoes to the next level!
I have served it with some Lemon Buerre Blanc, Romesco Sauce and Green Oil.
Tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
Potato: 4-5 medium
Butter: 60gm
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes. Using a mandoline, cut them into thin rounds. Soak them. in salt water for a few mins.
Step 2
Using a round mould, cut small rounds of the potato. Stack them one over the other.
Step 3
Cut any one side of the circle so that we are able to stack them in a standing position.
Step 4
Place them in a baking tin as shown in the video with loads of butter and bake at 180C for 15 mins or till golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with sauces and accompaniments of choice. Top with some salt and pepper. I have used lemon beurre blanc, romesco sauce and green oil.
