About the Recipe
This recipe walks you through the steps of making a Sesame Tuile.
Add it as a crown to your dish. It just takes the plating game to the next level.
Useful for presentation, for providing a crunchy texture and taste to your dish.

Ingredients
Water: 50 gm or ¼ cup
Oil: 60 gm or ⅓ cup
Glucose: 1 gm or 2 tsp
Maida: 35 gm or 3½ tbsp
Powdered Sugar: 125 gm or 11 tbsp
Powdered Almonds: 40 gm or 6 tbsp ground almonds
Powdered Cashews: 20 gm
Sesame Seeds: 60 gm or 7 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Take a bowl, add water, oil and glucose. Whisk well. Add all-purpose flour/maida, powdered sugar, powdered almonds, powdered cashews and sesame seeds. Combine everything well.
Step 2
Now using a mould (optional), spread the batter on a baking silicone sheet and bake it at 180C till golden from all sides.
Step 3
Let it cool slightly for just a few seconds. Then start trimming and giving shape. You may use cookie cutters or round moulds for shaping. Use to garnish and present your food and enjoy!
