About the Recipe
There is a separate fanbase of Hara Bhara Kebab lovers and I am one of them. This recipe of Hara Bhara Kebab tastes so much better than the restaurant ones. Do try!

Ingredients
Potato: 1 medium
Ginger: 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Garlic: 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Green Chilli: 3pc + 2pc
Chana Dal (soaked): 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil or Ghee
Spinach/Palak: 1 bundle
Paneer: 1 cup
Black Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper
Cashew: 6-7pc
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Nutmeg: A pinch
Cumin: 1 tsp
Onion: 1 medium
Beans: 1/4 cup
Carrot: 1 pc
Bread Crumbs
Corn Starch: 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi: 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice of half a Lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Take a cooker, add potato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, washed & soaked chana dal, salt, ghee along with water. Pressure cook till everything is mashed up.
Step 2
Take spinach/palak, submerge it in hot water for 5-10 secs and immediately transfer to a bowl with ice and cold water. Once it cools down, blend the palak with some water.
Step 3
For the centre filling, combine together paneer, black pepper, salt, black salt, cashew, ginger, kashmiri chilli powder and nutmeg.
Step 4
Take a pan, add oil, cumin, onions snd cook them till translucent. Add ginger, garlic, beans and carrot. Saute. Add the mashed chana dal mixture, spinach paste along with bread crumbs and corn starch. Also add kasuri methi and lemon juice. Combine everything well.
Step 5
Once everything comes together, take small portions of it, form a circle, add the paneer filling in the centre and then close it. Shallow fry or Deep fry in oil or ghee. Serve with chutney of choice and enjoy!
