About the Recipe
When you are bored of the regular Shahi, Matar or Kadhai Paneer, this Paneer Tikka Masala comes to your rescue. It turns out so appetising that it will become a popular demand by your friends and family.

Ingredients
Curd: ¾ cup
Turmeric/Haldi Powder: 1½ tsp (total)
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Chaat Masala: 1 tsp
Cumin/Jeera Powder: 1 tsp
Black Salt: 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 2 tbsp (total)
Coriander/Dhaniya Powder: 2 tsp (total)
Kasuri Methi: 1 tsp
Besan: 3 tbsp
Oil: 2½ tbsp (total)
Cumin/Jeera: 1 tsp
Dried Red Chilli: 2 pc
Bay Leaf: 2 pc
Cloves: 3 pc
Choti Elaichi/Green Cardamom: 2 pc
Badi Elaichi/Black Cardamom: 1 pc
Dalchini/Cinnamon: ½ inch
Onions: 4 pc (total)
Garlic: 2 tbsp (total)
Ginger: 2 tsp (total)
Cashews: 10 pc
Tomatoes: 4 pc (total)
Salt to taste
Water: 1½ cups
Capsicum: 1 pc
Paneer
Butter: 1 tbsp
Green Chilli: 2 pc
Coriander Leaves
Cream: 2 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together curd, haldi, black pepper, chaat masala, jeera powder, black salt, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and besan.
Step 2
Take a kadai, add oil, jeera, dried red chilli and the whole spices (mentioned in the ingredients list).
Step 3
Add roughly cut onions, garlic, ginger and saute for 2 minutes. Then, add cashews and again saute for 2 minutes. Now, add roughly cut tomatoes, salt and water. Let this cook on medium flame for 25-30 minutes or till the tomatoes becomes really mushy. Let this cool and blend to form a puree.
Step 4
Take a pan and lightly saute some diced onion, capsicum, paneer and tomato in some oil.
Step 5
Now, take a kadai, add oil, butter, chopped onions and saute. Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute again. Add haldi, kashmiri chilli powder and coriander powder with a little bit of water. Let it cook till oil rises.
Step 6
Add the curd marinade along with the blended puree. Mix well and let it cook properly.
Step 7
Finally, add the sautéed veggies and paneer along with some coriander leaves. Mix well and let everything come together. Top with cream, serve and enjoy!
