Everyone loved this Soya Keema Pav so much that now every time I meet my friends, they ask for this same exact dish. You can also try out this recipe for your friends and family and I am sure they will love it. Something different from our regular roti sabzi, this Soya Keema Pav will blow your mind.

Ingredients
Soya: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Jeera: 1 tsp
Tej Patta: 1 big pc
Dalchini: 1/2 inch
Star Anise: 1 pc
Green Cardamom: 1 pc
Black Cardamom: 1 pc
Black Peppercorns: 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Dried Chilli: 1 pc
Onion: 2 pc
Ginger: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree: Of 2-3 tomatoes
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Cream: 1/4 cup
Handful Coriander Leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the soya in hot water with some salt for 12-15 mins.
Step 2
Take a tawa, add ghee, oil, whole spices and chopped onions. Saute till they turn golden brown. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook.
Step 3
Add tomato puree along with salt, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix everything well and let it cook properly till oil rises.
Step 4
Add the boiled soya along with water and let it cook for 10-15 mins. The longer you cook it for the better flavours you will get.
Step 5
Finally, add some cream, top with fresh coriander leaves, serve and enjoy!
