Pizza Bombs

About the Recipe

How about some pizza but stuffed in a round bread? This is exactly that. I like to call it a Pizza Bomb. When you cut it in the middle, you get this cheesy and delicious Pizza filling. Feels like you are having a slice of Pizza!

Ingredients

  • Warm Milk: ½ cup

  • Milk Powder: 1 tsp

  • Sugar: 1 tsp

  • Yeast: 1 tsp

  • All purpose Flour/Maida: 300 gm

  • Butter

  • Pizza Sauce

  • Veggies of choice

  • Cheese

  • Seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Take a bowl, add 1/2 cup warm milk, 1 tsp milk powder, 1 tsp sugar, mix well and add 1 tsp yeast. Keep aside and let it bloom.


Step 2

Knead a dough using 300gm maida and the yeast mix. Knead well. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour or till it doubles in size.


Step 3

Re-knead the dough, add some butter and again let it proof for 1 hour.


Step 4

Divide the dough in 4-5 equal parts, roll them out, apply sauce of choice, add filling like veggies, cheese and seasonings. Close it into a ball with the help of water.


Step 5

Keep these aside and let them proof for 30 mins.


Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20-30 mins or until brown. Brush with some garlic butter, serve and enjoy!
