This recipe gives you a perfect bowl of Hot & Sour Soup that you'll end up craving for more!

Ingredients
Vegetables of choice
Oil: 1 tbsp
Onion: 2 pc
Ginger: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli: 5-6 pc
Mushrooms: 1 pack
Salt & Pepper
Vegetable Stock and/or Water
Paneer: 200 gm
Coriander Leaves & Spring Onion
Sugar: 1 tsp
Ketchup: 1 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce: 2 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce: 2 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Corn Slurry: 2 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Cut and slice all the vegetables as required.
Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli and cook them for a minute. Add mushrooms (1 pack) and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Add 1 cup beans, 2pc carrot, 2pc capsicum and 2 tbsp coriander stem along with salt and pepper. Toss and cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add vegetarian stock and/or loads of water. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add paneer, handful coriander leaves & spring onions, sugar, tomato ketchup, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well and let it simmer for 15 mins.
Step 6
Add corn slurry (corn flour + water), mix well and it will start to thicken. Once it reaches the desired consistency, garnish, serve and enjoy!
