About the Recipe
Take your regular cauliflower to the next level with this easy yet fulfilling recipe.
Here, a cauliflower is roasted with seasonings of choice and served with green salsa.
This turned out super good that I finished it within minutes.

Ingredients
Cauliflower: 1 pc
Salt
Turmeric Powder: A pinch
Olive Oil
Green Oil (Optional)
Salt
Pepper
Seasonings of choice
Cashews: 6 - 8 pc
Garlic: 2 pc
Coriander Leaves: 30 gm
Green Bell Pepper: 1 small pc
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes: ½ tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Chop off the green portion of the cauliflower. Wash and clean the cauliflower properly.
Step 2
Boil it in salty haldi water for 10 mins. Remove any insects or dirt that start floating. Check with a skewer. It should be able to go in and come out with a little resistance.
Step 3
Season it with olive oil, green oil, salt, pepper or any seasonings of choice.
Step 4
Bake at 200C for 20 mins till the top is beautifully golden brown.
Step 5
Green Salsa: Pound together cashews, garlic, green oil/oil, coriander leaves, green bell pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
Step 6
Once the gobi is done, serve with any sauce of choice along with green salsa. I have used homemade Romesco Sauce, recipe of which is uploaded on the feed. Enjoy!
