About the Recipe
Classic and authentic Beurre Blanc is made by simmering shallots in a mixture of white wine and vinegar but to make this recipe non-alcoholic, I have used lemon juice.
Beurre Blanc is a butter sauce and can be used as a garnish for your dishes.

Ingredients
Lemon Juice: 40 ml
White Wine Vinegar/Normal Vinegar: 20 ml
Onion/Shallot: 30 gm
Cold Butter: 80 gm
Salt
Pepper
Coriander Leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Take a pan, add lemon juice, vinegar and chopped onions.
Step 2
Once the liquid has almost evaporated, start adding cold butter cubes, one at a time. Use a whisk and mix it well.
Tip: Make sure the temperature of the mix does not go above 58C or below 27C. Ideal temperature: 47C
Step 3
Now season it with salt, pepper and add coriander leaves. Your butter sauce is ready. Use it to garnish your dishes and enjoy!
