About the Recipe
This recipe walks you through the steps of making a super delicious Peri Peri Paneer Steak. I have served it with a side of mashed potatoes, grilled veggies and a lemon wedge. Perfect for hosting lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
Curd: ½ cup
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Peri Peri Masala
Paneer/Cottage Cheese
Veggies of choice
Salt
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Water
Mashed Potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a marination using Curd, Oregano, Chilli Flakes and Peri Peri Masala. Make slits in paneer and coat it well with the marination. Cover and keep aside.
Step 2
Lightly saute and boil veggies of your choice. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook the paneer on a grill or any available pan till beautifully cooked from both sides.
Step 4
To deglaze the pan and for the sauce, add the leftover marination to the pan along with soy sauce and water. Mix well.
Step 5
Serve the steak with some mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, lemon and the dressing. Enjoy!
